In addition to supporting the facilitation of PMI and quarterly financial reporting after the acquisition, I also provide controling service of overseas subsidiaries, including providing educational training by instilling methodologies in the company to efficiently control overseas subsidiaries.

1999-2001 Instructor of the certified accountant examination course at Ohara Bookkeeping College

2001-2018 Experienced in a wide range of operations such as legal audit, IPO support, IFRS introduction support, etc. at EY Japan.

2013-2016 While enrolled in an audit corporation, I have been stationed at the Dusseldorf office of EY Germany for three and a half years, providing total support for accounting and taxation of Japanese companies' European subsidiaries, including accounting audits, taxation, European organizational restructuring, M & A support, and revitalization.

2018 After becoming independent and opening NSD CPA OFFICE, I support clients as an accountant and tax accountant.
